Child Safety
Standards

memebook is committed to protecting children. We maintain a strict, zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and to child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes our standards and the steps we take to keep our community safe, in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable law.

Last updated: June 2026

!Zero-tolerance commitment

We have zero tolerance for any content or conduct that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits a minor. CSAM and CSAE are strictly prohibited on memebook. Any account found engaging in such activity is permanently banned, its content removed, and the matter reported to the appropriate authorities.

1Prohibited content & conduct

The following are strictly forbidden on memebook, without exception:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any visual, textual, or audio depiction that sexualizes a minor.
  • Grooming, solicitation, or any sexualization of a minor.
  • Sextortion, trafficking, or any endangerment of a minor.
  • Sharing, requesting, or linking to content or contacts intended to obtain or distribute CSAM.
  • Any attempt to use the platform to harm, exploit, or endanger a child.

2Age eligibility

memebook is intended for adults aged 18 and older. The app involves digital assets and on-chain transactions and is not directed to or intended for use by children. Accounts that we determine belong to minors will be removed.

3How we prevent abuse

  • Moderation of user-generated content across posts, comments, stories, and chat.
  • In-app reporting tools available on posts, profiles, stories, and chat messages.
  • Prompt removal of violating content and permanent banning of offending accounts.
  • Preservation of relevant evidence and cooperation with law enforcement.
  • Ongoing review and improvement of our safety practices.

4How to report a concern

If you encounter content or behavior that may endanger a child, report it immediately:

  • In the app: use the Report option available on any post, comment, profile, story, or chat message, and select the relevant reason.
  • By email: contact [email protected] with details. Reports are treated as a priority.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law-enforcement authorities first.

5How we respond

  • We review child-safety reports as the highest priority.
  • We remove violating content and permanently ban the responsible accounts.
  • We preserve relevant data and report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or to the relevant regional and national authorities, as required by law.

6Legal compliance

memebook complies with all applicable child-safety laws and reporting obligations in the jurisdictions where we operate, and reports to regional and national authorities where required. We continually review our obligations as laws and best practices evolve.
